Terms & Conditions

This is very important that you carefully read and understand all the booking Terms and Conditions beforehand. As they constitute the contract between you and GoExotica Luxury Holiday as the Travel Trade associate or the customer. By making a booking with us and paying the booking deposit that may be the non-refundable deposit or full payment you assure that you have read and understood all the booking Terms and Conditions and deliberately agreed to be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions.

Deposit & Balance

All bookings initially require to pay a non-refundable deposit as token money(if you cancel due to any reason) and has to submit within 7 days of confirmation of your booking to continue your reservations and the remaining balance is due for at least 45 days prior to the arrival of clients. In the case of bookings are done less than 45 days before departure then full tour payment has to be done beforehand to confirm your bookings. Due to any reasons if we don’t receive your remaining payment by the due date then we have all rights reserved to treat the booking as canceled and to apply all the cancellation charges.

Cancellation & refund

In the case of cancellation of the booking, there will be no refund of your booking deposit; for cancellation received within 45 days of commencement of services, the following cancellation fees per person for various arrangements will be applied:

  • In between 44-30 days: 30% of the overall tour cost.
  • In between 29-15 days: 60% of the overall tour cost.
  • 14 days or less of the foregoing departure, will charge 100% of overall tour cost.

Refund is not possible after tour arrangements have commenced regarding your concerned unused or canceled service.

Late booking

Applications received for bookings 7 days or less prior to the departure will be subject to a late booking fee added to the rest prices which will be as advised by the office.

Amendment fee for confirmed bookings

Any kind of amendment will not be made until the deposit has been paid. Depending on the day’s left amendments policies are as follows: If 45 days are prior to the departure one amendment per booking is permitted at free of any additional cost. If 44 days are prior to the departure, any amendment made to a confirmed reservation will incur a charge per change which will be as advised by our office. Once documents have been issued a reissue fee will also be applied. Airfare restrictions are also applied.

Prices

Prices of the tour are based on the exchange rates at the time of booking. In the event of fluctuations or increases in airfares, fuel surcharges, taxes, hotel rates or any other services GoExotica Luxury Holiday reserve every right to adjust the tour pricing at any date until the final balance is received.

Travel Arrangements

Although GoExotica Luxury Holiday aims to make sure that trips are same as advertised, but if we are forced to change your complete booking or a part of it for reasons beyond control, we reserve every right to vary the itineraries, hotels, flights or any other travel arrangements provided by us. Wherever possible you will be advised of such changes prior to the departure. However, GoExotica Luxury Holiday shall not accept such kind of responsibility for any alternations due to any reason or for any associated loss or damage. GoExotica Luxury Holiday also reserves the right to cancel a tour program before departure if we are forced to do so, you will be compensated either by an alternative tour, if the alternative tour is not accepted by you, or your money paid to GoExotica Luxury Holiday will be fully refunded excluding any not payable costs and the cancellation fees as per the details mentioned in “cancellation & refund” rules.

For unforeseeable circumstances like force majeure, flight cancellation or rescheduling, accommodation overlooking, etc, any decision made by the independent local tour operators is at the discretion of the tour service providers or by the passenger traveling themselves. GoExotica Luxury Holiday shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever arising from such events.

Accommodations

Accommodation arranged for these trips is based on standard single, twin or double-bedded rooms in hotels. Triple rooms are not available, though a rollaway bed can be arranged in need of an extra bed in almost every hotel. The images shown of hotel rooms are for description only, actual rooms may vary from those shown in the images.

Guaranteed Tour Departures

Guaranteed departures are basically dependent on group tours or may require a minimum of two passengers, and those are subject to flight availabilities.

Travel Documents

While traveling all clients must carry a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months. Visas are required for traveling to India and it is the sole responsibility of the clients.

Baggage

The free baggage as per the classes is for the economy class it is 20 kg, for business class 30 kg. The passenger has to bear excess baggage charges on his own.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you to buy a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of bookings depending on your choice to cover against any loss of deposit, cancellation charges, baggage loss or damage, injuries, personal accidents, theft issues or medical expenses.

Limitation of liability

GoExotica Luxury Holiday is the agents only for the persons and companies who will provide the transportation, accommodation or any other services that are included in your bookings; all itineraries, offers, vouchers, tickets & coupons are issued only to the subject for terms and conditions specified by suppliers. To the extent by Law, GoExotica Luxury Holiday exclude all the responsibility for any loss or damage (including are not limited to any physical or psychological injuries and loss or damage to any property of whatever nature) that could arise in any way related to the offer or supplies of goods and services through GoExotica Luxury Holiday or any other third party or in connection with the supply of such goods or services.

GoExotica Luxury Holiday does not accept any guarantee for any kind of physical or personal injury, loss, damage, delay, additional expenses or inconveniences raised directly or indirectly by events, which are out of our control including without any limitations, war, natural calamities, acts of God, public riots and strikes, terrorist activities, industrial and social disputes, epidemics, any medical emergencies or customs regulations.

Complaints & Claims

We aim to ensure that all your arrangements will proceed smoothly. In any case of dissatisfaction regarding tour arrangements, you immediately let your local tour guide or escorts know about the issue, and they will make sure to solve the issue as soon as possible. If they wish to file a complaint or claim, it should be done in writing to GoExotica Luxury Holiday before leaving the country.

Governing Law

This contract and all matters included in this are subject to the Indian Government Laws and only Indian courts have the jurisdiction rights over any dispute or issue arising under this contract. Any matter of disputes is subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.
